Basic Hardware tests
- FAN
- FAN present and running. Go to LED Check section
- FAN present but not running and no LEDs are on. Check power availaibility before going to Report Problem section.
- LED Check
- POWER LED OFF on products FGT50, 50A, 60, 100, 100A and Wifi. Check power availaibility. See External Power Supply section
- POWER LED OFF on other FGT products. Check power availaibility. If power is OK, go to Report Problem section
- STATUS LED ON. Go to Console Port Access section
- For FGT50 only : POWER LED ON, STATUS LED OFF, EXT and INT LEDs ON with no ethernet cable connected. RMA External Power Supply
- For FGT50 only : POWER LED Flashing / Blinking, Status LED OFF and EXT and INT LEDs Flashing/Blinknig with no ethernet cable connected. RMA External Power Supply
- External Power Supply
- FGT50 5V/3A (Plug Country dependant)
- FGT50A 12V/3A
- FGT60 12V/3A
- FGT100 12V/5A
- FGT WIFI 12V/3A
Swap power supply
If power supply is faulty go to Report Problem section.
