Open a ticket with Title : RMA Approval Request
Note 1 :
FGT3600 standard is a 4SX ports. However, FGT3600 can be ordered with 2 or 4 LX ports.
Only LX port are identified by a sticker above the fiber port Indicate in the ticket The number of LX ports .
Note 2 :
If you are using the FGT product in "Cluster Mode" (HA High Availability) please, specify it in the RMA form.
