Here are the steps to follow for an Advance replacement : 1) 1) Get the RMA form , Complete the grey zone and include it in the ticket 2) We will send you the replacement unit by the next business day. 3) As soon as you have received the replacement unit, please proceed with the replacement of your defective device. 4) Change the registration to the new unit serial number. 5) Send back the faulty unit to Fortinet . Put a paper copy of your RMA form in your shipment. Please note that if we do not receive your defective unit within the next 30 days, you may be invoiced according to the list price for the replacement unit we sent to you.
